PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

 

Data processing related to the services of this web site happens at the MDAC offices and only handled only by technical staff in charge or other personnel hired for occasional maintenance.

No data from the web service will be communicated or disclosed to third parties.

The personal information provided by users requesting any kind of informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, actions and measures, etc..) are used only to perform the service or assistance requested and are disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose (shipment service).

Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet.

Data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.
